If you love chili, be sure to check out this Instant Pot White Chicken Chili recipe as a delicious alternative to classic tomato-based chili. Best of all, this chili recipe is healthy and perfect for those following the Weight Watchers program since it’s zero points.

Make Chili in the Instant Pot

Chili is especially good in the Instant Pot because pressure cooking locks in the flavor. Plus, instead of hours simmering on the stove top, you’ll get the same delicious chili in a fraction of the time.

You can even make chili in the summer in your Instant Pot without heating the whole kitchen.

Weight Watchers Instant Pot White Chicken Chili Points

One of my favorite things about this white chili recipe is that it’s zero points.

Be sure you use chopped turkey breast in order to keep the points at zero. Feel free to top your chili with plain Greek yogurt (zero points), diced avocado, shredded cheese, or salsa.

Frequently Asked Questions about Chili

To thicken it quickly use flour or corn starch, but don’t add it directly to the chili (If you do, the flour will clump and you’ll spend the next couple of hours trying to de-clump the clumps).  In a bowl, add a tablespoon or two of flour and a cup of hot liquid from the chili. Whisk both until well combined. (For Weight Watchers members, keep in mind this adds additional points.)
