I was working out a LOT, but I discovered that when I wasn’t working out, I was sitting. A lot.

I needed to get up and move more. Adding simple, everyday movement back into my life made a tremendous difference and by making those changes, I lost the final 20 pounds and was able to reach my goal of losing 100 pounds.
