We love cauliflower rice in our household! This is one of the simplest and most versatile recipes I have under my belt. We substitute cauliflower for all of our rice recipes and notice a very little difference in texture and flavor.
This recipe is just a simple base since you can do so much with it in terms of adding sauces and spices. I add a lot of Mexican flavors when we are having tacos or use it with just salt, pepper and Italian seasonings when stuffing peppers for an Italian dish as an example.
I hope you enjoy it and feel good knowing you are adding a healthy veggie to your diet!
