Here’s how to meal prep WW Bistro Boxes for a week of easy grab-and-go lunches. We made 5 lunches Monday through Friday. This is such an Easy Lunch Meal Prep Recipe.

Hard boil 10 eggs. I love to hard boil eggs in my Instant Pot with the 6-6-6 method (6 minutes on pressure cook, 6 minutes natural release, 6 minutes in an ice bath) because they peel beautifully.

Wash grapes and slice apples. Dip apple slices in lemon juice to prevent browning.

Portion peanut butter into individual containers. We used small plastic cups. (If you are like me and would be tempted to eat the peanut butter with a spoon while working, pop in a stick of sugar free gum.)
Cut pitas into half then in half again.
