Easy On the Go Weight Watchers Lunch Meal Prep
This recipe is so easy to make and you can make a week’s worth on the weekend so you can grab and stick it in your bag for a filling WW lunch. Because this box has plenty of filling protein, you’ll be satisfied until dinner.
WW Protein Bistro Box Points
This WW Bistro Box is just 5 MyWW Points per serving.
MyWW Blue – 5 points, MyWW Green – 9 points, MyWW Purple – 5 points
2 Eggs – 0 points Blue and Purple, 4 points on Green.
Grapes – 0 points all plans.
Apples – 0 points all plans.
Joseph’s Pita bread, 1/2 – 1 point on all plans. (Note – different types of Joseph’s pitas have various points so be sure to scan yours for accuracy.)
BabyBel Light Cheese – 1 point on all plans.

How to Meal Prep Weight Watchers Protein Bistro Boxes
Here’s how to meal prep WW Bistro Boxes for a week of easy grab-and-go lunches. We made 5 lunches Monday through Friday. This is such an Easy Lunch Meal Prep Recipe.
Hard boil 10 eggs. I love to hard boil eggs in my Instant Pot with the 6-6-6 method (6 minutes on pressure cook, 6 minutes natural release, 6 minutes in ice bath) because they peel beautifully.
Wash grapes and slice apples. Dip apple slices in lemon juice to prevent browning.
Portion peanut butter into individual containers. We used small plastic cups. (If you are like me and would be tempted to eat the peanut butter with a spoon while working, pop in a stick of sugar free gum.)
Cut pitas into half then in half again.
Now your WW Bistro Boxes are ready to go – such a delicious, healthy lunch.
