We prefer chicken breast and sirloin meats because they are lean. Cut the meat in big bite-size pieces, cut veggies in good bite-size pieces as well. Using pre-soaked wooden skewers or metal skewers, layer the meat of your choice with the vegetables, alternating for a pretty plate.
If the meat of your choice is really thin, cut it in slices instead of bit size pieces. Then zig-zag it on the skewer and alternate with your veggies.
How long do you cook chicken kebabs in an Air Fryer?
Place the skewers on a grill rack or directly in the air fryer basket. An air fryer oven works especially well with kebobs because the basket is wider.
Cook for 10 minutes on 380 degrees. Open the air fryer and flip the skewers. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Air Fryer Greek Chicken Kebabs Recipe
- 2 Large Boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 Large Zucchini halved through the length and cut into 1 inch slices
- 1 Red onion cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/2 Pint Grape tomatoes
- 1 Clove Garlic Minced
- 2 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Lemon Juiced
- 1 tsp Oregano dried
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil Plus 1 Tablespoon
- 1 Dash Salt to taste
- 1 Dash Pepper to taste
- Place chicken in a medium-size bowl.
- In a bowl or mason jar, mix together garlic, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, and ¼ cup olive oil.
- Whisk (or shake) until blended.
- Pour over chicken. Toss to coat. Marinate on the counter for 15 minutes or in the refrigerator for 2 hours to overnight.
- When ready to cook, prep vegetables and toss in 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Arrange cubed chicken breast, zucchini, onion, and grape tomatoes on wooden skewers (Note: Check to ensure skewers fit in the basket of your air fryer.)
- Place kebabs in air fryer at 380 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes, carefully flipping halfway.
