Weight Watchers WW Apple Broccoli Salad Recipe
Serving size: 6 servings
1 cup per serving
Broccoli Salad – 2 Freestyle Smart Points Per Serving
Combine broccoli, cheese, carrots, cabbage, and grapes in a large bowl.
Toss to combine.
Stir together Greek yogurt, sugar, and vinegar in a small bowl. Pour over the top of broccoli mixture and stir evenly to coat.
This salad tastes best when served fresh but will keep in the fridge one-two days.
- 1 medium head of broccoli, chopped into small pieces
- 2 cups gala apples, chopped ( 3-4 apples )
- ¼ cup Colby jack cheese, diced
- ¼ cup carrots, diced
- ¼ cup purple cabbage
- 1 cup red grapes, sliced
- 1 ½ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1½ Tbsp. Red Wine vinegar
- Combine broccoli, cheese, carrots, cabbage, and grapes in a large bowl.

- Set aside.
- Stir together Greek yogurt, sugar, and vinegar in a small bowl. Pour over the top of broccoli mixture and stir evenly to coat.
