WW Apple Broccoli Salad Recipe

Serving size: 6 servings
1 cup per serving
Broccoli Salad – MyWW Green 2 point, MyWW Blue 1 point, MyWW Purple 1 point.

Combine broccoli, cheese, carrots, cabbage, and grapes in a large bowl. 
Toss to combine. 
Set aside.

Stir together Greek yogurt, sugar, and vinegar in a small bowl. Pour over the top of broccoli mixture and stir evenly to coat.

This salad tastes best when served fresh but will keep in the fridge one-two days.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of broccoli chopped into small pieces
  • 2 cups gala apples chopped ( 3-4 apples )
  • ¼ cup Colby jack cheese diced
  • ¼ cup carrots diced
  • ¼ cup purple cabbage
  • 1 cup red grapes sliced
  • 1 ½ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • Tbsp. Red Wine vinegar

Instructions

  • Combine broccoli, cheese, carrots, cabbage, and grapes in a large bowl.
  • Toss to combine.
  • Set aside.
  • Stir together Greek yogurt, sugar, and vinegar in a small bowl. Pour over the top of broccoli mixture and stir evenly to coat.
  • Tastes great when served immediately.
