As someone who has dealt with many food sensitivities and ate Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) low-fat vegan for a period of time, I know it’s possible to have a healthy WW meal plan that does not include dairy. I’m currently a WW Lifetime member at goal, so I promise you can do this.
