Try this WW Vanilla Mug Cake today. It is so easy to put together the mix for a 3-2-1 cake. Plus this personal-sized cake cooks in the microwave for just one minute. Cake in a minute, plus it works for weight loss? Yes, please!
This decadent mug cake, also called 3-2-1 mug cake or microwave mug cake, is so quick and simple to make. It only takes 1 minute in the microwave for a low point dessert you can have any time.
This recipe is popularly named 3-2-1 mug cake because all you need is 3 T mix, 2 T water, and 1 minute in the microwave. It should be called Crazy Cake. Plus the recipe does not require oil or eggs. Crazy, right?
You’ll find these simple ingredients readily available at any grocery store. Store this dry mix in an airtight glass jar and you will always have it on hand for when you want a sweet treat that is low in calories and WW points.
This recipe is also great for kids and families. We keep the mix on hand in our pantry, and my husband and kids will make one of their own for a quick treat or bedtime snack.

How to Make 3-2-1 Chocolate Mug Cake {Easy 1 Minute Recipe}
Here are the step-by-step directions for making this incredibly easy 1 minute white mug cake.
Step 1: Prepare the Mixture
Gather ingredients.
Combine cake mixes in a large bowl.
Once your mixture is combined, store in a jar or an air-tight container with a tight lid, or a gallon zipper bag. Store in a cool, dry place without a lot of moisture. (I keep mine in the pantry.) The mixture makes 28 servings.
Step 2: Make a Mug Cake with the Cake Mix
Now you are ready to make your 1 minute individual desserts anytime you want one.
Combine 3 tablespoons of the mug cake mix with 2 tablespoons of water in a microwave-safe mug; stir well. Cook for 1 minute.
You can bake your microwave cake in a coffee mug like we did, or a small microwave-safe bowl or ramekin.
I’ve tried this recipe both with spraying the mug with cooking spray and without. The recipe works both ways. Your cake will rise a bit higher if you don’t use cooking spray, but the mug will be a little harder to clean. We typically use this recipe without spraying the mug and haven’t had problems.
Allow the cake to cool a bit, top with optional toppings and enjoy.
