This entry is part 4 of 31 in the series The Hope Toolbox

The Bible is full of help and encouragement for us during all seasons of our lives.

Use these Bible verses as a touch point during times of depression, anxiety, and sadness. God is with you. He loves you.

I encourage copying these in your journal or writing them on notecards to put around your house in and in your car. There is something about the acting of writing the words in our own handwriting that is powerful. This gives the words the additional meaning of God speaking right to you. It’s not the same as printing them on the printer.

Claim these as your own.
