Weight Watchers Program Changes for December 2024 and into 2025
WW has announced a series of updates for December 2024 and 2025.
Find recipe points with URL. Members can find the points for a recipe simply by adding the recipe’s URL (website link). This rolling update is available to some members and will be available to everyone soon.
Macros Tracker. Macros, or “macronutrients,” are the building blocks of food, including protein, carbohydrates, and fat. The Nutrients tracker also includes fiber and sodium. Click here for my quick video tutorials on using the macros feature.
Updated Zero Point Food List. As confirmed by multiple WW coaches, the Zero Point Foods list is changing to include 350+ foods, including lean beef, lean pork, and potatoes. Daily points will NOT be affected. Expected: Mid-December.

New My WW Blue Plan
The My WW Blue plan, formerly known as Freestyle, is the exact same Freestyle plan that most people have been using for the last couple years.
There are over 200 zero point foods including fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and legumes.
There is a minimum daily allowance of 23 points, which will adjust up based on weight, lifestyle, and activity.
There are also weekly flex points and activity points.
For those members who know and love Freestyle, are losing weight, and see no reason to change, Blue is the plan option for you!

How is venison viewed by weight watchers?

Cooked venison is 2 points for 3 ounces. Venison sausage that is 50/50 venison and pork is 3 ounces for 5 points. Hope this helps!
